Program summary

Agency Command HQ Messaging

Messages may include account and security notices, access/setup communications, requested appointment or follow-up messages, service or application-related updates, and other operational or conversational communications for which the recipient has provided appropriate consent.

Agency Command HQ: Your requested appointment update is ready. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

Actual message language will vary by program and by the sender that obtained consent.

1. Consent

You will receive recurring SMS/MMS messages only when appropriate consent has been obtained for the specific sender and messaging purpose. Consent to messaging is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing a product, requesting agent access, or using Agency Command HQ where messaging is not required for the requested service.

Website or application consent controls should be separate from acceptance of general Terms, capable of being declined, and unchecked by default.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the program, your activity, requested communications, and the workflows you participate in.

3. Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's messaging and data charges, if any, are your responsibility.

4. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any applicable recurring messaging program to unsubscribe. Standard opt-out keywords such as STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE may also be recognized depending on the messaging provider. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further messages from that program unless you later provide new consent.

5. How to get help

Reply HELP for messaging help or contact support@agencycommandhq.com. A registered support phone number will be added to this page after number assignment.

6. Sender identification

Messages should identify Agency Command HQ or the authorized agency/organization that obtained the recipient's consent, as appropriate to the messaging program.

7. Privacy

Agency Command HQ does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for complete information.

8. Delivery

Wireless carriers and messaging providers do not guarantee message delivery and are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by carrier availability, device status, network conditions, filtering, or recipient settings.

9. Program changes

Messaging programs, message content, and frequency may change as Agency Command HQ workflows change. Material changes to the purpose or subject matter of recurring messages may require refreshed consent where required.

10. Contact

Questions about SMS terms or consent may be directed to support@agencycommandhq.com.

Before campaign submission: add the assigned messaging/support phone number and confirm the campaign description matches the actual consent methods and message categories used.
